Email Templates




I have very recently stumbled upon this secret weapon of email templates. And I learnt that there is a way to do this in Gmail. For those of you who may not be familiar with the term email template and such, here is a brief overview.

What is an Email Template?

According to Google, an email template is a preformatted and/or prewritten email that you can use to replace with your own content so that you can quickly and easily write and create emails

Why use an email template?

An email template designed with your brand image gives off the vibe of professionalism and style. Having several email templates for various response is an awesome tool to have as a small business. I am using the free Gmail account for my small business you say. Yes, it is possible, you too can have a beautiful email template available for you, email signature and email header included.

The benefits of an email template

Saves Time

If every time someone new requests information about your packages and pricing you have to stop and type up an email…phew…that’s a lot of time spent on something that you can automate and move on.

A template allows you to stay consistent with your brand colours and design for every email you send out. Your brand colour, style and logo live within your email template. 

The result is a positive uplifting experience for your subscribers that encourage them to interact with over and over again. Remember consistency says dependable and everyone wants dependable.

What I am Reading and doing This Week
